Well, the flu bug invaded our house this past week and we were all sick for quite a few days. Brody seemed to be affected the most and he was the one who had it first. By Friday afternoon, he still wasn't eating or drinking much at all (we offered him anything we could think of but he wouldn't eat or drink anything - I think we have every flavor of Powerade and Pedialyte at our house right now) so we took him in to see his doctor and he was admitted to the hospital right away for dehydration. They finally got an IV in his foot (after trying numerous times in both hands and both feet) and he is now receiving IV fluids and resting in our arms. Aubree is staying with Grandpa Ken and Grandma Deb until Brody gets to go home - hopefully tomorrow - and she seems to be feeling much better. Here are a few pictures of Brody in the hospital...
