Goodbye House!

Today we closed on our old house. It was a bittersweet day. Glad we sold it and can move forward with the new house, but we really loved this house and will miss it! Here are some pics from our last night there.

Wednesday was Great-Grandma Alice's birthday! We went out to eat with everyone and then to Grandpa Tom and Grandma Ann's for cake and ice cream! Happy Birthday Grandma!

Lydia and John's birthdays!

Last Saturday we went to Mandan to celebrate Lydia and John's birthdays. We had a great time! The kids played, we visited, and we had great food!

Sunday we finished packing and moved into Mom and Dad's until mid-December when we will move in with Tom and Ann until our house is finished. We were packing and the kids were watching a movie...this is how we found them - so cute!

Halloween pictures

The weather was beautiful a couple Sundays ago, so we got the kids dressed up in their costumes and took them to the park for some pictures. They had so much fun crunching around in the leaves and just running!

Windows and update on the house - Oct. 11

On the weekend of Oct. 9 - 11, we stained and varnished all the windows for the new house so they're all ready to be installed. Thank you to mom and dad for helping and to Grandma Ann for watching the kids so we could get it done! The last day, we brought the kids out so they could see them.
